We are just about two full months into 2008 and this is my first post of the year. Go figure. Yes, we have been busy, but I am not going to make excuses. I haven't been studying for the Bar, writing a dissertation, having a baby, building a house...yada, yada, yada...I have had time to "blog" I just haven't. So here's a very brief update:
-Christmas was great. Santa came to see us all....yes, I was a little surprised too!
-We had a great trip to Banner Elk with the whole Rodrigue family just after Christmas through new year's.
-January was BUSY with Junior League and Cancer Auxiliary meetings! I think I had at least 3 meeting EVERY week. (I know you're all crying for me.) I was happy to see January end!
-Patrick and I went to Knoxville to visit with Kelly the first weekend in February.
-Lots of Georgia basketball games and one gymnastic meet. Patrick LOVES the basketball games. I don't know how we are going to break it to him when it's all over and that day is quickly approaching because the dawgs certainly aren't going onto any post season play.
-Patrick got into Emmanuel Episcopal Day School for preschool for next year! YES!!! He will be in the 5 day a week class. I can't believe it! I loved the school so very much at the open house and I cannot wait for him to start.
I think that might be it....hmmmmmm.....surely there's more because if not I've had lots of time to blog. Oops! I promise to try to get better at posting. We shall see!
